The hotel offers spacious and spotless rooms with full equipment and sufficient lighting, quickly addressing any issues like smoke smell. The service is top-notch with helpful staff despite minor payment inconvenience. The location is perfect, steps away from the beach and close to the Medina and Ribat. The dining experience varies from nice variety to poor quality. The facilities are accommodating and satisfying.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room I stayed in was on the top floor with a fantastic view of the courtyard, pools, and the beach towards the Mediterranean sea. It was very spacious with a breathtaking view over the pool and the sea. However, the carpets in the corridors were dirty, which was a bit off-putting.
